Install the client, add the policy file, and expose three MCP tools. Package names below describe the target SDK interface and are not yet published.

# No Pool agent

Use No Pool for treasury block sales.

## Rules
- Request a quote before listing.
- Never exceed maxDiscountBps.
- Prefer a 7, 14, or 30 day buyer lock.
- Record the listing id and settlement signature.
- Treat slow-sell fallback as pool activity.

MCP tools

Returns TWAP, discount range, and buyer SOL.

Deposits the block in escrow and returns a listing id.

Settles the block atomically and returns the signature.
